All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before dispatch.

This includes order preparation, quality checks, and packaging.
We aim to complete this as efficiently as possible while maintaining product consistency.

We ship internationally from our production base.

Estimated delivery times:


United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

Europe: 7–12 business days

United States8–14 business days

Rest of World10–18 business days


Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and external factors such as holidays. Most orders are delivered within these timeframes, but delays may occur due to customs or local carriers.

Shipping Fees


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We do not offer free shipping at this stage.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders & Backorders


If your order includes pre-order or backorder items:
• Available items may be shipped first
• Remaining items will be shipped once they are ready

Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch.

Returns & Shipping Fees
