HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
To initiate a return, please contact our team at help@lsdearf.com within the eligible return window and include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Clear photos of the product
Due to the delicate nature of our materials (including silk), all returns must be reviewed and approved by our team before being authorized.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be in original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Items must be returned within the specified return window
• Returns requested due to preference (e.g., size or style) must meet all condition requirements
L S DEARF reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.
WHERE IS MY RETURN?
Once your return has been approved and shipped back, the return process begins.
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been accepted or declined.
Please allow:
• Up to 5 business days for inspection after delivery
• Up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed to your original payment method
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, we recommend:
1. Requesting a return via email
2. Placing a new order separately
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We are sorry if you received a damaged or incorrect item.
Please contact help@lsdearf.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
We will review and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
FAULTY ITEMS
Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault within 3 months of purchase.
After this period, items are considered subject to normal wear and tear and may not be eligible for return or refund.
