Supplier Standards
LSDEARF works with manufacturing partners and suppliers who are expected to comply with applicable local labor laws and internationally recognized standards, including those relating to forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking.
As part of supplier onboarding and ongoing relationship management, LSDEARF conducts reasonable due diligence, which may include:
Reviewing supplier documentation
Requesting compliance confirmations
Assessing operational practices
Certification and Compliance
Where appropriate, suppliers may be requested to provide documentation confirming that materials and products are sourced and manufactured in compliance with applicable laws relating to modern slavery and human trafficking.
LSDEARF reserves the right to:
Request additional information
Conduct compliance reviews
Terminate relationships with partners that fail to meet ethical standards
Internal Accountability
LSDEARF maintains internal accountability by requiring all team members and collaborators to adhere to its compliance expectations.
Any violations may result in appropriate disciplinary action, including termination of partnerships or collaboration.
